The new data protection laws come into force on the 25th May 2018
and I am informing you how we will be collecting, storing and using
any information we gather from you as members of the Association.

The data controller of this information is the Head Secretary of the
Association and all information is stored in the Head Office.

The only information held by the Association is in relationship to all
memberships, name, address, telephone number and email address.

In many cases, not all this information has been supplied. We always
ensure appropriate controls are in place to protect your personal
information and that any sensitive business information you provide
is treated as confidential and held securely.

We will never sell your personal details to third parties or release
your information for their mailing or marketing purposes.

In future all membership application forms, registration forms and
Association sale entry forms will contain information on Privacy
Notices.

If you are not satisfied with the information held by the Association
please inform me in the usual way.
