The NSA Scotsheep event returned after a 3-year absence to Over Finlarg Farm, Tealing, Dundee courtesy of Robert and Hazel McNee. The Swaledale stand launched two new pieces of kit, a 20ft x 7ft wall showing Swaledale ewes in the heather, a 10ft x 7ft wall showing Swaledale shearling rams, both of which were added to existing pop-up displays. There was a stockjudging competition of the 4 pens of sheep on the stand, this was judged by the event host, Hazel McNee, and from over 400 entries, the winner, Alex Watson, was drawn from the correct answers.
The correct order was:
A (Swaledale ewe with twin mule lambs)
X (Two Swaledale Gimmer hoggs)
B (Swaledale ewe with twin Swaledale lambs)
Y (Swaledale ewe with twin Texel lambs)
