Swaledale Centenary Celebrations – June 2020
Following the latest updates on the UK’s situation with regards to the Coronavirus outbreak the Swaledale Sheep Breeders (SSBA) would like to update all interested parties on the Swaledale Centenary events planned for June this year.
Due to the disruption caused by Coronavirus the SSBA has taken the regrettable decision to postpone the Swaledale Centenary Show, planned to take place on Sunday 7th June by kind permission of North West Auctions at the J36 Livestock Centre. It has also decided to postpone the Centenary Dinner, planned to take place on Saturday 13th June at Shap Wells Hotel, Shap, near Penrith.
The SSBA are keen to set new dates and continue to work to deliver these prestigious events as soon as possible.
